I really liked this week better than the week before. Though the my mic was still low, I was able to talk and converse with my group members aboout the book. I understood it a bit more. Especially about the bird, which symbolized Siddhartha himself. I hope mic works better next week. It was really helpful listening to other people thoughts. This whole oovoo thing is much better, Thanks Isero!

This chat was really good, a small chat but we got down to the nitty gritty of Siddhartha. The connection was good. The only thing that was not perfect 10 out of 10 was the sound. The sound was low, I had to close my window to hear. I lost my headphones so I could not hear all great. Outside of the audio this one was awesome!!!

I really liked this idea although I hate being in front of the camera. I think this has way to many technical difficulties. I liked seeing Mr. Isero in his blanket though. I have high hopes for this project and hopefully next week it will be the best ever!

Well the chat only lasted for about 10 minutes. The rest of the time we spent trying to figure out how to work the thing. I think that the video chat is a great idea and that it can really help us in the future if it is fixed and ran well.

  • Stephanie Louie

that was fun. we should do it again. we should do a one whole class one. wouldn’t it that be more fun and troublesome. heeheee

  • sarai silvestre

this was pretty fun…but it kinda sucked because no one was able to hear my precious voice haha lol jk. but it was fun too bad not everyone was on it together. hopefully we can figure something out.
P.S. steph idk why it logged out and then i couldnt log back in. know we cant talk :( goodnight!

I liked the chat! Although there were a lot time I lost connection. Other than that it was nice to hear everyone else’s ideas and learning new stuff. :)

It is funny in a way that it is not working. I am typing this comment while I was disconnected from the chat room. But I like this discussing. I taught me more about the book and make me read during the weekend. I hope the video chatting part works better.

I really liked this chat! I feel like this will help me stay on track and also analyze the chapters we’ve read with our table mates. This was fun, but I need to fix my webcam for some reason, it won’t turn on and also we need to fix the disconnections! Though, overall I give it a 9/10! Thanks Ms. Godwin and Mr. Isero!

At about 8:30 p.m., I hear, the whole thing exploded! Everyone was kicked off. Now Ms. Godwin’s group is doing a text chat. I wonder if that’s good enough. Is it good enough to text chat (like Antonio is saying), or does the video help things to make it more fun?

  • Nathalydeleon

This chat went horrible. First it was working fine then all of a sudden I was partially hearing people since everyone’s voice was going on and off. Then my connection failed and i attempted to get on dozens of time, literally. The the time we had ran out! I don’t think this chat was helpful, maybe if all these problem wouldn’t have had occurred, it would of went better.

It was fun! haha. my group had some technical difficulties but I still stayed on till the next group so that I could get some ideas across. I understand the book a bit more!

Awww! I like this, it was fun even if you guys couldn’t hear me. I don’t know why it doesn’t work but I know once everything is good it will be awesome! This will push me to read 100x more.

Aye this was lit. I Like how we were able to still get into some deep stuff about the book even though we all did not have the book. Mona’e I love you!!!!

I thought that this experience went smooth. I got a understanding of how Siddhartha is. The only thing I didnt care for is the echo from phone to computure. I need to find another solution & my book needs to hurry up and be here

  • David Hernandez De-Leon

So this was fun, but it was so complicated just to get people to hear each and have good visuals. Other than that it was funny to see my group with weird faces:)
I think we should try this again but better, I don’t know how but come up with a way to figure it out!

This online book chat discussion is pretty fun but to complicated. I mean atleast we some how know how to do it and maybe next time we can actually all talk. Im pretty excited about this project though I have really high hopes for it. Plus I got one of my questions answered so thats pretty cool :)

It’s a good idea, but there are lots of problems, mainly being that the video is failing. Chat will be a lot better and easier to do. I like how we took the entire time trying to fix the problem, but I guess it was necessary in order to proceed. This will be perfect for anyone who needs help reading.

This chat is pretty fun. I like seeing Carmen, Antonio, David and Mr. Isero. It was hard keeping up with everyone’s technical difficulties though :/
